Annapolis City Council Ward 8 Alderman Ross Arnett, Grow Annapolis chairperson Cathy Umphrey, and Annapolis Fire Dept Chief David Stokes join together to cut the ribbon at the lovely new arbor entrance to the community gardens at the Eastport Firehouse!
