The P-Patch is composed of over 70 community gardens in the Seattle area. This group has been cultivating community and healthy food for close to three decades and the P-Patch Leadership Handbook is a great resource for anyone interested in urban ag and community gardens. We love these guys and definitely recommend this resource.<\/p>\n

\nGrow It Eat It <\/a><\/p>\n

This is a great local resource for anyone interested in vegetable gardening, and we are looking forward to partnering with Grow It Eat It on future community garden projects.<\/p>\n

The Grow It Eat It campaign is the University of Maryland Extension\u2019s response to the huge new demand for information and assistance with starting and maintaining successful food gardens. Master Gardeners taught classes, demonstrated sustainable gardening techniques, and promoted food gardening from one end of the state to the other. Faculty and staff at the Home and Garden Information Center answered hundreds of gardening and pest questions.<\/p>\n
