Today, Grow Annapolis had a very encouraging meeting with the administration of Shady Side Elementary School, the folks from the Cool Hats Garden and our partners at the Anne Arundel County Department of Health. We are looking at the possibility of coming along side our friends in South County and helping with the expansion of their wonderful children’s garden.

The folks of the Cool Hats Garden have been working with the children of Shady Side Elementary since 2007 when they started an after school gardening club and summer camp. We are looking forward to seeing how this relationship grows and will keep you posted.
