Spring is soon approaching and The Old Farmer’s Almanac says that we should be looking for our last frost around the 11th of April. That means we have little time and a lot to get accomplished in the next couple of months.

This Tuesday we will be discussing action plans and their implementation over the month of March. We will also be brainstorming design ideas for the new Grow Annapolis logo, and some of the exciting partnership opportunities we have been asked to participate in throughout Annapolis.

At the Grow Annapolis Community Garden Project we’re getting our hands dirty as we cultivating relationships throughout the city, and are excited by the new team members who have come along our side. Please let us know if you would be interested in joining the team, have any thoughts, or would like to participate in one of our community garden patches throughout the city. We are hoping to have plots available in the spring for anyone interested in participating and will be hosting events throughout the growing season on such topics as permaculture, organic gardening, composting, local food gardens and much more.

Looking forward to seeing you all tomorrow night.
